Our President . . .
Brian Leonard founded Code
Red with the sole purpose of communicating the benefits of early
defibrillation as well as the need for the general public and the
workforce to be certified in CPR and First Aid. Brian has been
certified in CPR for over 9 years, an instructor for over 2, and is
now an instructor-trainer faculty member for the American Heart
Association. He is also a member of the education committee for
the National Association of EMS Educators, a committee member for CR
Heart, and on the board of directors for the Johnson County Early
Defib Task Force. He is also on the board of directors for Brian has spent many years working in Trauma Centers and most recently as an Emergency Medical Technician. From these experiences, he realized the shortage of automated external defibrillators in public places. Thus was born Code Red Inc.
